Is it better to have more than 1 pilots? what are the advantages and disadvantages of having more than 1 pilots?

The only real advantage is if your main pilot gets hurt you can fly another till they heal. The downside is it can take longer to get pilots to fly
bigger stuff, as to have any real advantage from multiple pilots you would have to fly them all in turn to keep them level, that said it can
slow your pilots progress down and that means that you earn that much extra for each promotion if you see where I'm coming from. Say
you have 1 pilot, it takes 10 hours to get him/her promoted, and during that time you gradually build your fleet and end up with 2 planes
and earning say 45K a flight, now for each extra pilot it's going to take you that much longer if you use them all to get the same rank with
all of them, thus over the same period you double your income, you don't actually because it's going to take you personally longer to
make those pilots reach the higher ranks, the upside is your airline is growing all the time, so each flight you do you still earn money, with
or w/out extra pilots the extra planes add to your income, but by slowing your progress then by the time those pilots can fly a jet, you have
more chance to afford one see? Also as I said if one gets hurt/killed you still have another to use meantime while they heal, or take over if
they're dead of course.
