NOO FS doesn't work!

Just some days ago I started FS and wait...wait...wait. I couldn't play, it didn't work. So yesterday I decided to unistall it and just 10 min ago
I've reinstalled it, opened and still doesn't work!!WHAT's THE PROBLEM?? Can anybody help me???

Does it just freeze, or does the opening screen not even come on.

Try typing fs9.exe in the run box Just an idea...

As we dont know the nature of the problem, we dont know what could be the problem

I click on FS9, the splash screen comes out, then I wait but the game doesn't start! Can be an apple program causing the problem?

I guess something in your modules folder is messing up. Move all dll files out of that folder somewhere else and try starting up again.

I had an apple program(for the iPOD) installed but now I have unistall it. Anyway I can't play FS and maybe the problem is that program!!

Did you clean your registry after you uninstalled it for the first time? It might have something to do with the old installation. Everything is
kept in the registry even if you erase a game. You also might wanna delete all your folders on your harddrive before you install it again.
Microsoft saves the Flightsimulater folder on your harddrive with some files in it if I remembercorrectly.

Ipod stuff and your FS game can´t really be the problem, why should it?

Did you do anything special before it did not start up, other things than uninstalling iPOD?
Graphic drivers, memory leak, anything to do with your computer setup that might not work?

Yes, it sounds like you need to do a clean "de-installation" of FS first. To do that properly, put in your original install disk #1; the de-install
program is on that disk. If that doesn't work, you'll probably need to manually clean the registry. Be very careful when doing that!

I need to clean the main folder and the folder in documents or there are other folders ??

m1r3o First of all after your installation, and when you are trying to start FS you say absolutly nothing happens?? Do you hear your
CD-rom work or is it just silent? It´s weird, cause FS2004 even if there is something wrong, you always get a message about it. For me it
sounds like there is troubble somewhere else rather than your FS.

Do you have anything to check your machine´s hardware and software?

What´s your spec on your machine? Are you running Vista? Is your computer except from FS running well, what other programs are
working without any trouble? Do you play other games?

It´s hard to help out without any info at all m1r3o.

I here the computer run faster and faster then when I decide to quit FS the computer stop to make noise!I don't know I'll reset my
computer, I think this is the only way to play FS again...

Sounds like an overheat or power supply with the cut out nd make noisy problem :D lol
