How can I say things to Passengers in Flight+add on ambientmusic or movies?

Recently, I checked the default soundpacket and found sound files where the co-pilot says things like, "PLease fasten your seatbelts"
or "Were in for a bumpy ride, please fasten your seatbelts". How can you say things like this in flight to the passengers when your about
to encounter turbulence? ...Also, can i I add ambient music but not take away the old ones...for example have the option of not 5 sounds
but maybe 10 or 15 or have different choices of movie announcement...not just 1. If any1 can explain how I can do this, that would be
great.

as far I know you get these sounds with seat belts on manual in a small plane.

Also in large planes, when i encounter turbulence and switch on the seatbelt sign, those announcements are made
