Hy,

I'm new to this forum, so sorry if this is a stupid question:
what is PMDG? an were can i find it....
I see very nice aircrafts on this forum and most of them are PMDG, I tryed to download from avsim.com but I couldn't instal the aircraft.
I tryed projectopensky.com, but the panel is not working, and the panel that I found there can't be downloaded.
I would realy apriciate if someone can tell me were to find a nice aircraft with a detailed panel, I'm looking for a Boeing 737, or 777

Precision Manuals Development Group, or PMDG, is an add-on company that produces aircraft for Flight Simulator.

You cannot get PMDG's aircraft on AVSIM. Their aircraft are payware; you have to pay for them.

If you want detailed panels, and an amazing plane, then PMDG is the way to go. PMDG has come out with an astonishing 737NG series. The first series comes with the 737-600/700, and the second series comes with the 737-800/900, but you have to purchase the first series in order to be able to run the second. The only 777 I can think of right now is Phoenix Simulation's. It is a nice aircraft, but you do not get efficient FPS when running this aircraft. The PSS's website can be found below.

Yeah PMDGis a good payware addon for the 747, and the 737. But it does cost some bit of change

First and foremost, welcome!

I was there not that long ago, so no, it isn't a stupid question. PMDG makes my personal favorite aircraft, the Boeing 737NG. No, unfortunately,
they're not free. The 737-600/700 base package is $40. If you can, the -800/900 package is $28 more, and it includes two more aircraft as well as
upgrades to all four. It is well worth it if you can afford it.

If you want a free 777, try the Meljet: http://www.meljet.com/
Personally, I think It has the best looking model of any freeware 777, and comes with a virtual cabin (business, first and the first section
of economy). It doesn't have a virtual cockpit, a 2D one or sound (you have to alias the sound and 2D cockpit from the MS 777, or
download your own from Avsim)

Another company that does a 777 is http://www.wilcopub.com fairly good but not as intricate as the PSS one, mind you... hardly any bugs
compared to the 777 by PSS

Mind you also, the pss forums attract a lot of people who have nothing else to do than complain. I fly the pss 777 for as long as it is out and never
had any problems with it. Wonderful plane to fly, very good flight dynamics and one of the best 2D cockpits on the market. (I believe anyhow that no
company can beat pss for their 2D cockpits, but that's a personal opinion )
