Just bought FS2Crew for the ATR and the LVD 767.
I just found out i still need to learn to fly the the ATR more hehe.
But LVD 767 wen't great (a few small mistakes since it was my first flight), I loved it.

so its worth buying? I might buy the LeveD edition and later the PMDG747 edition. And if I like them I might get the ATR and PMDG737 edition.

In my opinion, yes they are worth buying.

The ATR version is the hardest one to learn, since it's the most complicated aircraft. It will take me some time learning that.
The LVL 767 version is easier it's a more automated plane. Also that i know the 767 very well helps. I'm hooked.
