I need tips...

I need idea's because, I can never do long haul flights because I always get bored mid-flight lol
and on FSP you cant save it so I don't know what to do

Any ideas?

Here's what I'd suggest:

1) Don't do long haul flights.

2) Jink the plane all over the place until something breaks or the pax start screaming and throwing up everywhere - that should relieve the
boredom.

3) Open the door at cruising altitude (if that were even possible) No boredom then!

Which brings up a question: If there is positive pressure inside the cabin forcing the door to remain in place, pressed out against the
fuselage, can someone really pull the door in to open it?

Seriously, #1 is probably it because there's no sim rate advance in FSP, nor can you slew - which would defeat the purpose anyway:
Yeah, I flew JFK-LHR on 200 gallons! You can't save mid-flight. I suppose you could take a nap or go for pizza.

Here's a question for Dan, while on the subject: How about an option to automatically freeze the flight should an emergency occur? If
checked, it will stop the flight when something happens so you can wander off and come back and resume. This sounds familiar now -
was it mentioned before?

hmmm, here is what you can do. Fly on VATSIM, and get someone to do the flight with you so you can chat with them, or just chat with
anyone on VATSIM, use FRAPS, or FSSCREEN, and take screenshots and videos. Or watch T.V. at cruize.

2) Punch off the Autopilot and fly manually.

You can use time acceleration..you`ll loose 30% of the points tough..

Personelly I usual go for the TV and a pizza when cruising..

You can use time acceleration and disable the 30% penalty. I do this out of necessity as I have a very limited amout of time to fly the simulator
(i.e. familty responsibilities).

On long hauls, I usually use my laptop and surf the net studying my destination airport, or I just watch videos from flightlevel350.com or
browse the forums here.
