Is their a software for FS9 that i can talk to other pilots in-flight or talk to real people while flying???

You could check into on-line ATC groups such as VATSIM, IVAO and a few others.

I think TeamSpeak http://www.goteamspeak.com/ is made so you can talk to other people while playing, or just talking without playing if you prefer.

there are a bunch... teamspeak, ventrillo, roger wilco, and one other that I have installed but I cant remember the name right now just to
name a few.
