Is it possible to change the failure settings in my company, Im affraid I set it to zero when creating the company but want the failures back, more

You will have to start a new company.

Tnx, btw it was set at 5%.
Created new company: World Wings Netherlands with 100% failure quite funny.
But now I dont get shot, although I did set dangerous airports at 1944 WW2.
Maybe some conflict with the 100% failures setting ?

hehe, found it all, finally read the FAQs . Config files ....
Getting shot all the time now, also learned to deal with it and make safe landings.
Unfortunally I'm runned out of money so can't make repaires anymore, so goodbye my 100% failure Company

100% failure company and only flying doubleseat gliders with winchX and Thermal X...
No fuel cost and engine problems, just the problem to get to the target airport in scheduled time^^
