Detail:	Hated that they did not see the entire movie. Were pleased by the music on the ground but found it annoying during flight on the general speaker. Were angry because of the excessive waiting time on the ground (37mn). Were angry because you made what seemed to be a dangerous landing. Were terrified by your "dive of death". Wonder if they landed or if they crashed (hard landing).
