Detail:	Were pleased by the music on ground. A very nice addition to their flying experience. Didn't like that you forgot the seat belt sign during take-off or landing. Were anxious because they heard a loud sound coming from the rear of the aircraft upon take-off. Were very anxious because of the problem during flight. Were relieved to land safely after an emergency.
