  • Are angry because they didn't reach their destination (flight too short).

  • For some reason a cabin door was opened during flight and experts agree this is one of the dumbest things one can do. Fortunately, it was at a low altitude so the decompression damage was minimal.The pilot failed to check the fuel which caused the engine to shutdown. One or more system failed*.
