Incidents
Mayday Transmitted:yes
Crash:no
Incident Report:
  • For some reason a cabin door was opened during flight and experts agree this is one of the dumbest things one can do. Passengers in critical condition required landing as soon as possible. The pilot over rotated the aircraft upon take-off and the tail hit the ground. The pilot failed to check the fuel which caused the engine to shutdown. One or more system failed*.
