Detail:	Are annoyed because they arrived too early. Didn't understand why they were required to keep their seatbelts on even after reaching cruise level. Were irritated by the excess G-forces. (+1.90 -0.50). Didn't like that you forgot the seat belt sign during take-off or landing. Were sad as some passengers died because the pilot wasn't able to land the aircraft in time.
