Detail:	Were highly entertained by the movie. Were in a better mood because they had food. Were pleased by the music on ground. A very nice addition to their flying experience. Were irritated by the excess G-forces. (+2.62 -0.28). Didn't like that some passengers started flying around the cabin caused by your negative G flying. Didn't like your shaky flight (some excess G-forces). Didn't like that you forgot the seat belt sign during take-off or landing. Were angry because some passengers were badly injured.
