Payload Model | 2063 - Twin Otter Passenger & Cargo PModel

The TwinOtter is available in many different configurations.
To be able to fully and confortably use all the possibilities, I came up with these two payload models.
Which should cover all the possibilities the TwinOtter has to offer.

- Passenger configuration
- Cargo configuration

I also included a little batch file, to quickly switch between passenger and cargo configuration.
