If I can keep mine above 90% then Im a happy pilot/VA owner

Reason being, there will occasionally be a problem in flight. There will be turbulence and scared passengers. There will be various
problems that arise and I think 90%+ is pretty good *grins*

I think the 98.43% safety record indicates that for every 100 pax that boarded our FsP planes so far, only 98.43% got off the plane at the
other end alive and well.

That doesnt sound too good really to me, in a large aircraft of 400 people, that means 6 people didnt get off at the other end alive and
well. Hmm - is that what you would call good?

In fact this number mean the pax that landed safely, other were involved in crash
but it doesn't mean they all died.

Anyway its still a game...

lol at Phil!

I think it means the percentage of flights that landed succesfully. Not the number of PAX that made it off alive! That would be awful!

Brad,

Look at Dan's post above yours. I was right. 1.57% of all our pax carried to date were either injured or died because of our flying abilities. I
don't even think an African airline has such a poor record... but eh, It's only a game... Smile

Don't forget many people will upload even their bad first flight...
I suppose that first flight may be those were we run in all common error.
(I remember one friend which during YEARS always set the take-off flaps
after 80-100kts before take-off wich is a bad error, FsP changed 10
years of habit for him)

Gotta be said that FSP has made me a much better pilot. I have FSHotseat as well and that too rates the pilot on various things, but this
has helped me to get an excellent rating on that too, which I've never had before.

I apologize for my incorrect statement! That's truly an awful record!
