Re: FsP World Tour - Season #2 (Leg #78 - 79) - DBE - 05-09-2007

General question: as the very last leg currently takes place on a Thursday, would any of you prefer if it would take place on the following Saturday
to ensure a larger participation?

Re: FsP World Tour - Season #2 (Leg #78 - 79) - DSW334 - 05-09-2007

I think it would be nice if we get as many participants as possible.. So I would surely pick a day that a lot of people will be online. So I
think saturday is perhaps indeed a better day. And perhaps another time as well? Maybe we can make a little poll or something??

Sure thing: I'll just wait until a few suggestions have popped up.

Re: FsP World Tour - Season #2 (Leg #78 - 79) - Joeflyer - 05-09-2007

A Saturday would be far better for meSmile

Re: FsP World Tour - Season #2 (Leg #78 - 79) - pegase - 05-09-2007

Agree with Saturday, then any time will be OK with me. I hope I will have a descent graphic board for this day Wink

Re: FsP World Tour - Season #2 (Leg #78 - 79) - HB-100 - 05-09-2007

..close to last Leg already?

I think I will try to join that leg with FSx also before the FSP WT2 is all over. Cry Saturday would be better.

Hmm where in the world did I park my plane? Wonder

Big Grin

btw. I don't think I will be able to make tonight's flight. It's very busy at work, so I will be home late.

Re: FsP World Tour - Season #2 (Leg #78 - 79) - Mac - 06-09-2007

Hmm, I'll stay posted on this final leg. If it's a Thursday I may make the effort for it Smile

Re: FsP World Tour - Season #2 (Leg #78 - 79) - Joeflyer - 06-09-2007

Yeah, I won't be there for the scheduled time of departure, but will be there at around 2300+1 GMT. Anyone able to make it then, please
join me Smile

Mark...here's a thought about possibly adding another leg. MHTG in Honduras is a fun airport to fly a jet to. There are 2 options for
freeware scenery for the airport. It's quite an interesting and steep approach with mountainous terrain all around the airport, and is
frequently shrouded with clouds(if you're using real time weather of course). Oh, there is only a VOR approach, no ILS :o) What's really
interesting is flying the DME arc. Talk about a slam dunk approach! Anyway, just an ideaWink

I'd already considered adding that one: the only problem was connecting it to the tour...

So I guess either:

a) We add it onto this tour as a "special", either just before or just after the SCFX leg.
b) We include it in the "FSPWT, Season #3: Return of the Sphincter Soilers".
