  • Pilot and flight crew killed
Pilot Assessment
Positive Assessment:-
Negative Assessment:
  • The aircraft hit ground at 398 kt with a vertical speed of -7275 ft/m. There was a serious failure aboard before the crash, but you are trained to deal with these situations. You did not perform very well here. (-500)
  • You made a serious pilot error that resulted in a critical problem. (-800)
  • You had a serious failure aboard and you forgot to call a mayday. (-350)
  • Opening doors while in flight is a VERY bad idea. (-600)
  • You exceeded the maximum take-off weight of your aircraft by 406075 kg and this is very dangerous. (-450)
  • Stalling an aircraft full of passengers even with a problem aboard is NOT a good idea. (-150)
