Landing On An Airport Over 10,000 FT

Hi, when I land on an Airport that is over 10000FT, and I have Off the Landing Lights and land, I get a penalty. If I turn them On over this
altitude I get a penalty too.
What can I do apart from changing the lights penalty configuration?
