Sorry Anastasios, but users haven't answered anything. You simply said it was impossible, and you didn't even give me a reason why it was impossible. Simply saying it's impossible is just being ignorant and lazy. I bought this software, which means I should have the right to modify the
configurations for my liking. I do not for a second believe that it's "impossible", especially one of the simplest things that can be changed.
Why shouldn't I be allowed to ask a question to the programmer after I have spent money on his product? And how can it be classified as "bothering"him? It's called asking for support. I know he is busy, but surely he can spend a minute or two responding to some customer questions. It's customer service, you can't just flag someone off and say "it's impossible", that's pathetic advice. When you're working at a call centre, and someone asks to speak to the manager, do you simply say "do not disturb/bother him"? That's the most ridiculous thing I've heard.
I have search all over this forum about this, and I can't find any solution yet, so I have a right to contact the businessman who made this product,
and see if it IS really impossible.
