Penalty in xtreme weather

Hello again to all,

I always fly with real weather data and in real time.

Sometimes I encounter extreme winds and FSpassenger add penalty points because of the Gs created .. This happen also when Im using the autopilots ....

Could it be possible to turn off the penalty points for G's when the aircraft is on autopilot? I mean, there is nothing you can do to prevent the
shaking and bouncing in the aircraft when you are on autopilot in xtreme weather.

Have to agree with this one, there is no way of telling how severe the turbulence is as the aircraft just rolls about the same for severe as for
mild, the only indication you get is that the pax are suddenly complaing about flying around the cabin. The Co-pilot should give some
indication like reminding the Capt to fasten seat belts if the chop is getting heavy. And if the belts are fastened there should be no penalty
for negative or positive G due to turbulence.

Well think about it, if you were a passenger, and there was a bad storm, and all of a sudden, becuase of turblence, the plane dropped
500 ft... you are going to feel it, and you wont be very happy, and maybe even sick... you as a pilot might have done nothing wrong, but the
passenger, isn't happy becuase of the weather and it's effects on the plane. The penalty makes sense.

Yes thats true, however a pilot normally knows when he fly into an area with turbulence, and then he turn on the seatbelt sign and sometimes also he
say a cpl of words in the speakers about turbulence and bad weather ..

And even with that, planes still encounter rough air that can without warning cause enough vertical motion to jar loose luggage, toss
unbelted passengers, and indirectly cause haed injuries that have at times been fatal. IMHO This is a good penalty to have in the game.
Mother nature is just as fickle as FS9's odd weather and it can scare the bejeebers out of folks who don't have much experience flying in
an airplane.
