Yeah, several ways to handle this I would think...
You have the 'first flight' people that pay 20-50 bucks to fly for 30-60 minutes around the area and get a little lesson about flight. Start and stop
airport is the same. Just time flying is what you get paid for.
Then you have tour operators. They fly some sightseeing tours where you do the same, fly for an hour or 2 and then return to same airport. Again,
should be paid based on time in that case.
Last, you have the tours that are like island hoppers. Customers pay you in a plane or as in Hawaii, a helo to fly them from one island to another on
sightseeing tours. Again, its a time thing as well as location thing. You may fly 60 miles from one island to the other, but you may fly around the
two islands for 3.5 hours....maybe landing in the water at a little sand bar for a picnic or some fishing, and then back off again. maybe ending on
diff island or maybe returning to the start airport after a full day of sightseeing.
These should definately be taken care of in the program as I know of several VA's that do exactly JUST these things.... My VA will be offereing
flight training and I would like to be able to get paid for it. Of course, I would like my FSP to run without crashing me every time first. hehe
