FsPassengers Failures?

What type of failures are there? I've never experienced any during my flight with fsp, is there a list where i can see all types of possible failures?

You can look in the More_options.cfg in the main FsP folder to get an idea of the different failures that can be employed. Failures can happen at any time, and it also depends on what failure rate you have set for your company. 5% is typical based on real world averages. I have seen failures not occur for at least 25 flights and then boom...a bird strike takes out one engine or a cracked windshield at high altitude,etc. The idea is to surprise you with it and see how quickly you recognize and deal with the failure.

Before installing FsP, FSX use to have many more type of failures i.e. engine on fire, rudder/ aileron etc.. but I do not seems to experience these failures in FsP.. just wanted to confirm that it is not available in FsP (limited of failures vs FSX) and not because I have yet to encounter these failures/ or something needed to be set/ enabled in FsP?
