Hello,
Just bought this a couple days ago, and am trying to debug some of the issues I am seeing. I downloaded some voice packs from the More Download section, and created a new Voice Pack folder using the VoicePackCreator.
It seems that some of the downloaded .wav files do not work though. I can play them fine directly, they just cause an error when trying to play through the VoicePackCreator, and do not play in-game. The error I get in VoicePackCreator is:
"CreateSoundBuffer
Error Number: 80004001"
The only difference I see in the files that do not work, is that they are 32-bit, instead of 64-bit like the rest of the examples. Is this the reason this is happening? Any chance you can allow 32 bit as well? Otherwise, what program do you recommend for converting from one to another. Trying to use VLC but not sure what config to use.
