Goodday all,
One of my favourite sounds of the 737NG are the fuel pumps. Unfortunately this sound is not included in the iFly 737NG, which I use in FS9. I came up with the idea to replace the FsPassengers 'aircabin' sound. I swapped the .wav files but to my surprise the sound I added sounds completely different in the cockpit with FsPassengers active. The strange thing is that it sounds perfectly fine in the FsPassengers sound volume menu, but in cockpit view it sounds weird.
I already tried two different sounds, one is from the PMDG NGX which a friend sent me, the other is taken from a YouTube video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mmlXySoaEV0 from 0:05 to 0:12), but they both have the same problem, they sound completely different while using FsPassengers. I tried changing the Hz sampling rate, but the result was still not satisfying.
Any ideas how can solve the above issue?
Regards,
Jeroen
