Hello,
The company I created bought the Texan T-6 (A2A's add-on).
Again as in my other thread, after one aerobatics flight, FSPassenger reported engine failure, but it's in perfect condition. And sure enough, I have to pay more than 10% of the aircraft's price for maintenance.
It also reports a 300 penalty for taking off without flaps, which is not mandatory with this aircraft. It looks similar to the problems reported in the other thread, but for the T-6 and during take-off instead of landing.
I still haven't heard of the developer, I do hope he will show up at some point and either provide some insight or tell whether this can be fixed or not. This add-on could be fun, only there are too many issues.
Another question, the amount of hours to get to new ranks is ridiculously high. I'm not doing that for a living, and it's not realistic to require users to fly during hundreds of hours before being able to captain an airliner. If I can do that as an average of two hours a week, it would mean one year before getting there, I'm not even sure this add-on or the airliner I own will still be compatible then.
From what I saw in the forums, it's not possible to get around this limitation. Could it be considered in a future update, for the sake of users who don't have several hours a day to spare on a hobby?
System specs: Win7 x64 | P3D v3.2 | CPU: i7-4770K | RAM: 16 GB | GPU: GTX 980 Ti 6 GB | Thrustmaster HOTAS | Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals
(tried to put my specs in my signature, but the site says the line above is too long??)
