I'm not currently an Airline Pilot so I can't say this is the best option, however you are young, you don't need to plan out everything right away,
things change in the industry and fast. If I were you I would focus on your ratings, you need your private, then your instrument, then go for your
commercial. An commercial without an instrument rating is pointless. You should get your multi sometime and just gain time, your going to
have to start small towing banners, CFI'ing, etc... Around 2000 hours you can look into a job flying cargo or whatever. Like I said though, I don't
know for sure, i'm only a Private Pilot and still have a long way to go to a career decision as well, lol. If you want some help with this, visit jetcareers.com This is a very very useful website, they have a forum where people can help.
