Yep today from 1400 EDT to 1630EDT i was flying N6200Q from CRG-LCQ, all by my lonsome.
Good landings (still haven a hardtime staying on centerline) at both airports.
Takeoff from CRG i ended up behind a Citation. Wake turbulance avoidence i guess. Left turn to intercept my course direct to LCQ. turned
and stayed north of my course so i could stay out of NAS Jax airspace. planned to fly at 4500, but i could only get up to 2500 cauese of
thoues darn wight things. so i had to contact Cicel tower fro a transition. after that the rest of the flight was unevent full. monitered 121.5
the whole ay and never heard anything.
about 12NM out i called FSS an closed the flight plan, did one touch and go. then departed back to CRG. called FSS agine to open my
2nd flight plan. and preety much the same thing happened just in reverse order.
so 1.6 hours of PIC time and my first X-country.
now im planning for my long Solo X-country. ill get some Pics of it so yall can see.
