if that is the case then RIP FSPax - the biggest waste of money I've had because it hasn't worked for me since day one with FSX!

This is just an example of how they treat
customers. They laugh at them as if we have no right to complain as a consumer. If you don't allow that here or if your forum rules forbids that then RIP FsPax.

I just wonder
who they are of whom you speak. Me thinks you fear a con spiracy. FSP will be here for a long time. There is no they, there is only us. Resistance is futile. Post Edited ( 08-23-11 00:23 ) If it's stupid, but it works, it isn't stupid.

Lakers (and everyone else who reads this),
People have every right to complain, however with everything there are right ways and wrong ways of going about it. if people come on here effing and blinding about how c*** the program is, etc. without backing up their claims and not telling us exactly what is wrong, what OS they're running etc., then we are likely to just hit the big fat delete button and not give it a second thought, but if people are civil about it and tell us what is wrong, then there is a chance that we (the members of these forums) may be able to help, or actually feel like helping out. No, we dont't know where Dan is, nor have I personally heard from him in some months, and I think Jo is in the same boat.

Just look at gbapche. See how he acts? He's
like a kid having tantrums! There is a saying that: if you treat others with respect then you will be treated the same way. Now tell me what is civil about the above comments of your moderators? After all, I and others are just a normal consumers who expressed our opinion about this product whether good or bad!

We are well aware of how Gbapache acts on occaision.
At the end of the day, all the moderators here are consumers of this product, who have paid money for it (and full price too). None of us are paid by Dan to be here. The Forums don't get treated with respect by posters, so you're honestly telling me that in return those of us who are here to clear up the aftermath should tread on egg-shells? The comments of the moderators so far in this thread have been perfectly civil, but to the point for the most part - if you have issues with a particular moderator's post then as per the Forum Rules you may take that particular post up with them or another moderator via the Forum's intermal PM system. I shouldn't have to point out that so far as respect for these Forums goes, abiding by and reading the Forum Rules is included. No-one has said that you cannot tell us that this product is good or bad, but simply telling us that it's good or bad isn't enough; in order to improve the product more information is always required (and is rarely given even after prompting), such as what problems have been encountered as well as computer specs - the current trend is that Windows 7 users are having alot of difficulties and as this product was developed well before Windows 7 was a gleam in Microsoft's eye then it is likely that issues will be encountered (there was even at one point a disclaimer about Windows 7 and the high probability that FSP and FSPX won't work properly on that OS, but that seems to have disappeared along with the original patch thread that is referred to by TimTom).

And why are you covering up the other mods? Is it because they mow your lawn?
Why just don't accept that they are at fault too. In the real world of customer service and sales, you will get more than this and trust me this is nothing and no where close to a complaint in the real world. And I don't care if you and your muppet mods paid the whole amount cause we all did pay for the full amount as well. Lucky for you and your muppet mods, you do know how to tweak and edit cfg's or maybe I should say you and your muppet mods have an advanced understanding about how to trouble shoot.

I don't really give a damn if you or anyone else believes that the way you are currently behaving on here is the way you think you should behave either on a forum or in the real world. Seems that if the Mods are able to tweak .cfgs and trouble shoot we are far from the ones who are muppets. |
