i have a problem:when i pull down the flaps for landing the aircraft reduce the speed but it doesn't go down!!i have to pull down the nose
and when i'm some feet about the runway pull on it to land!!!!!please help me and say me what's wrong!PS sorry for the english

Maybe too much trim? Are you approaching at Vref? Center of Gravity ? Actually, instead of pulling down you should be flaring!

If you're extending flaps and then GAINING altitude, you're going too fast.
