ok kids . . . question for ya'all, from that wuallhalla.com or whatever, how do i install it all, what folder do i enter the airports in?

in your addon scenery folder, then add it to the scenery library in the settings page of fs9 (or directly in scenery.cfg)
For the rest, don't be lazy and read the instructions which almost always come with those airports
