As far as i know no plane is really capable of doing so, or at least, it's not used..

You can have the throttle done for you with TO/GA. That's it. Do you constantly tailstrike or something?

That would be really boring and useless. If someone used auto-takeoff they might as well not even bother flying at all.

I don't think there is such a thing, and like someone said if there is, it isn't used.
Takeoff is about the easiest thing to do manually in a flight. I don't know why it would be needed. I never heard of anyone saying "Jeez, that was a bad takeoff".
