I think I have a corrupt sound file. It's the buzzing alarm sound that goes off when the master caution trips. I've looked in the sounds file a bit, but so far no luck. Any ideas?

ALL master caution warning lights scream at you. There is a reason for that.
If it's stupid, but it works, it isn't stupid.

I found the sound file it's the cagear.wav in FSX/Sounds. When I open the file it plays fine on desktop. In game, it doesn't. Whether it's add on aircraft or default.

Ah, I found the sound. It sounds like the touchlc.wav file is being used for when the Master Alarm/Caution trip. Just imagine that clip repeating over and over again. I don't know why that sound file would play instead of the cagear.wav I haven't even modified the sound files!

You can try to go into the sound folder for the aircraft and listen to each sound and see if there a corrupt file within the audiophiles. You could also try to switch the alarm
sound within the folder with one from another aircraft as the one in this aircraft may be poorly sampled. Just locate a alarm file that is not distorted from a different aircraft, copy / paste it to your desktop then right click on it and rename it to match the one you are having issues with, then copy and replace that file.
