This is something I have been looking for as well - but no luck as yet.
Does anyone know what is required to actually MAKE a voicepack?

Quote:Does anyone know what is required to actually MAKE a voicepack? Yup! All you need is a standard PC microphone or headset and a bit of free software. Dan explains the process in detail here: http://www.fspassengers.com/forum/showth...p?tid=9804 Basically, you make a copy of the existing 'default' voice pack folder, giving it a new name, and then record your own renditions of each anouncement, saving them as the same filnames that already exist in your newly made voicepack folder (in other words, replacing them). There's a bit more to it than that to get it sounding right though, as Dan explains in his tutorial, but it's really not that difficult. Just time consuming! Having said that, I bet you could have a right laugh recording a sound pack if a few mates and enough alcohol was involved Post Edited ( 05-23-06 20:34 )
