One beta tester had a request about transfering pilot beetween company,
thinking about it in fact it was a very important point that I missed...

When one have a pilot that have 800 hours of flight it may be really
frustrating if you want to fly another company to restart with pilot at level 0...

So , it's done:



Notice the new company will have to pay a fee based on rank... a 800 hours
pilot can be as costly as $20Mo... (this simulate "head hunter" and I think
it would be unfair to allow transfert without any drawback)

Anyway a low pilot rank cost less... (roughly one million $ per rank)

THAT is a terrific concept. On the one hand, it recognizes a pilot's experience and allows him to immediately move up in rank...but, at a price. Not
unlike a professional athlete's contract being purchased!!
