Treated like software pirate !!!

After many contact mails to Dan or whatever one is use my money that I payed for this software, I can not use, I am still waiting for an answer, the
continuous message "WRONG AUTHORIZATION" make me sick !!!
Maybe torrenters and pirates are more lucky than me.
I will wait something about 1 week for answer, then I will write message to forums about FLIGHT SIMMING, will tweeting and write on facebook to warn
all simmers from buying this software, I liked (unfortunately zero supported).

I have never had any problem with Authorization, yes you have to wait for dan, don't be so negative about the support here, even the creater
have a life, and when he check his mail he have over 100 of them lol, so don't take it out of the software and WAIT, Your code should be on the
page you bought the addon.

Peter, many people have had this issue...you are not alone, I assure you. Although I never experienced it, others have chimed in on the problem here:

I will add that even though some have tried everything possible, they still seem to have the wrong authorization issue and can't use the software. I
don't know if it has something to do with the individual's own pc set up or what. It's a mystery to me. Sometimes it's as simple as uninstalling FsPX
(making sure no FsP folder remains in FSX), rebooting pc and re-installing/re-registering FsPX, reboot again. Other times finding the cure is like
finding the needle in the hay stack.

As far as Dan goes, well, you may be waiting a LONG time. He has practically detached himself from any customer support and has done so for a very
long time. It's been up to the customers to figure out things and to help each other. I use to echo Deadpros's comments above but not any longer...and
it's frankly disingenuous to provide any sort of defense of Dan at this stage, as I have been a part of this forum for quite a few years and am SO
disappointed in his lack of attention to the customers. It's futile to defend the indefensible.

Your post is so descriptive and helpful. Have you done what was already mentioned? Have you done other troubleshooting? What does the event
viewer application log state?



FSX doesn't work too bad on windows 8, and I've had no issues with FSPX. Are you running as admin? Using compatibility mode?
