Well following the advice from the mods i would say Google it!
However there are a number of ways to do this, you don't strike me as being overly IT literate so... Control Panel > User Account and
Family Safety > Click on your user account > Go to the Main User Account Page > Change Security settings
In the "Turn on user account" click to unselect the User Account Control.
Please note, while next to useless, this does provide some protection against unauthorised execution of programs.
This can also be done through msconfig, in the tools tab click on the Disable UAP and press the launch button.
Both of these require a reboot.

I agree about your support statement...that's a given. Computer literate? Well, it seems the author of this thread found the "New Topic" tab
to make a post, so it's reasonable to say he could find the "Search" tab just 2 spots away
