After further testing I concur.

I've made several more flights without passengers from the same airport and my rep has not changed.

It stands to reason. I mean the premise of building a company rep is based on customer feedback, as it should.

So unless someone can convince me otherwise I'm going to have to dissolve my company.

I really should have done better market research
