I have heard of this happening when a payware runway doesn't match the default exclued zone. The runway looks correct but the
AFCAD thinks that either the edges or the ends are grass. If you can't find a fix for this problem you can allways disable this penalty or just
raise the speed at which the penalty is detected (default is 35 kts)
