Ok, I still use Windows 7 and don't have much experience with Windows 10...especially in relation to flight simulation. But, the UAC control is still in Win 10. This provides security protection for your pc. Sometimes it can block certain programs. Let's try shutting this off first: and reboot your pc afterwards:

Also, please look for the uiautomationcore.dll in your main FSX folder. If the .dll is not in the folder, that could be part of the crashing problem as well. Let's try turning off UAC first and attempt another FsP flight. If you get another crash please let me know. Then I can direct you to a place where you can download the .dll file and place it in the main FSX folder.
