That would be true if you are using PMDG's programmed failures and not FsP's. If you look in the FMC and see what the minimum airspeed is required
for the first notch of flaps, add about 20 knots for the approach or whatever you feel is necessary to keep the airplane from stalling on the
approach. Definitely it's going to be a "hot" approach and landing, so be sure you have enough surface area to land on
