Hi John. Well, don't know about the cheating thread idea. Makes sense as you put it and could lead to interesting discussion. But still seems like
too much policing. I don;t understand the motivation, but if people want to shortchange the money and entertainment value of the program (which is
not what COA_101 did if I understand) then who am I to care. It is their enjoyment and money that they're wasting and it doesn't affect me. i used
to play the game Thief (great fun actually). There were whole web sites that would walk you throught the levels step by step ("turn right, , look up,
press this, move forward two steps, etc. etc.). What was the point to that? The game was to discover the riddles and solve them in cagey ways.
This reduced it to a game for 3-year-olds. I guess I'll never understand.
