I concur... FS much more difficult. In real-life you have the multiple references as mentioned above, plus you've got A LOT more
pressure. I've got 142 people (for those of you that will say SWA only carries 137, you're right... we have 3 FA's, and 2 pilots though... just
to discourage any scrutiny... lol) on that plane, and I have to get them on the ground safetly.
