There is 2 causes of faliures, random faliures from the fal;iure rate setting and random faliures from aircraft maintinance. What apears to be your problem is the latter based on the aircraft condition, in which case you need to make sure that the aircraft is 100% repaired pressing the repair button even if it shows fully repaired and if that doesnt work then sell that plane and buy another. Airframes only last for a set amount of hours and is the same reason why the Vulcan doesn't fly anymore
