Interesting!!! I have two completely different *active* DLL.XML files! I didn't know that was possible!! You learn something every day!

Notice LM had a genius idea: we don't need to find the dll.xml ourself (this file is a nightmare that poison
the flight community since years.)

Instead we simply call Prepar3D.exe with some parameters and it's in charge to do the job. No more problems.
