Guess it was worth trying. 
But there are many opened doors around us, you know. And by no means - NOT the illegal ones!
For instance, up untill quite recently ( a matter of weeks) there was no VAT in Bosnia & Herzegovina. Maybe for some ten years. The nations
just couldn't agree upon it! Quite an acceptable dissagreement I'd say! (I live in neighbouring Croatia)
So... it's allways usefull to show the spirit of entrepreneuship.
