I assume anyone can fly online without FsP running, but the purpose is to use FsP in conjunction with the WT. It provides more
excitement...especially during those crazy approaches done by the drunken WT pilots....that would include myself

By download version, do you mean the trial version?

You can fly without fsp, but you can not upload your flights to the fspworldtour site.

You need fsinn to fly online with others.

Is FSPWT restricted to FSINN only? SquawkBox can do the same thing - connect you to VATSIM network. I don't know any technical
issues not to use Squawkbox. Am I wrong?

If it's like it's always been, then it is not flown on VATSIM. FsPworld is flown on FsInn's own FSFDT server, which you need fsinn for.
Or am i wrong and it has changed?
