You can, but the passengers don't like music while they're in the air. The music function with FSP/FSPX is designed only for taxiing.

Ther are some addon CD players in which you would put your music in the slot of your coputer and would then contol it using a gauge on
your cockpit dash. I haven't seen one in a while but just dig through the various free sites
