conflict with Leonardo's MD

not-usable.

I tested numerous set ups to exclude from the problem all possible factors:

it is NOT the airport
it is NOT any of the addons
it is NOT the aircraft in question (works fine by itself)
it is NOT anything else I might've forgot to list,

the problem takes place only after FSP start up, with MD aircraft only.

(I have all other commercial airliner addons, they all function with FSP)

please investigate the matter

Alex, did you consider uninstalling and then reinstalling it? Maybe you got a corrupt installation. It happens sometimes....especially if you
have something like a antivirus and/or firewall program running during download or installation. Of course there could be a myriad of
other issues that could be causing this as well....whatever your problem is

yes I reinstalled the MD with anivirus off, did everything before coming here for support.

ok here's more detail:

Leo MD has a feature: the winfshiled windows go white (imitating freezing) if window heat is not activated. So as long as it is activated
windows stay transparent. Of course, on the ground they stay transparent even if window heat is off.

Now, when I start FSP, windows go WHITE withing 5 seconds. And the window heat is on, and all other possible heating is on (probe,
this, that...), still windows go white no matter what, on the ground!

I think it has something to do with modifying the aircraft.cfg, even though it doesn't harm aircraft.cfg's, possible the MD's .cfg is unusual in
some way that it is effected by FSP modification. Nothing else I can think of.

I can not investigate the problem WITHIN the .cfg, that's why I ask you to investigate it for you are the software developer.

I will also address this issue on MD's forum, although I don't count on their support (unless some users know the solution to the
problem, the Leo's official support is... a guy visits the forum once a year and sellects only few (out of a thousand) questions he think
worth answering... then he leaves for the beer and no one sees the guy for another half a year)

I dunno...it seems to me anything related to the aircraft-specific failures or features such as a window icing up may have to be disabled in
the aircraft's software...like the PMDG and LevelD products. Otherwise, you get conflicts in software. Personally I don't need to see a
window ice up in FS9...I've seen too many windscreens get iced up in real time

I fly the maddog 06 all the time, great plane it is. But I've never experienced this issue with it.
You have installed the update correct?
