problem with Lockheed Vega

Hey

Just bought this program and love it!!

However, I am trying to set up an "airline" flying vintage aircraft only.
Flying the Curtiss Jenny is no problem at all....but I tried the Lockheed Vega, and everytime I start a flight the passengers get scared and the co
pilot tells me the tail has hit the ground...duuhhh..its a taildragger!!!

Anyone else encoutered this...and is there a solution anywhere??

Hi. I fly vintage planes a lot using FsP and while there are some challenges and compromises to make, it is fun. The Vega problem has
come up before, I did the search for you since I already knew where to look. A simple amendment to the aircrafy.cfg file solves your
problem.

There is a anomoly in the default contact points as suspected and for all of the above that I have FsP payload models for, all have
the
value of 1 for contact point 0 whereas the default Vega has a value of 3. Please try this fix for contact points line 1 as follows:
Change
point.0=3, -20.69, 0.0, -3.30, 1200, 0, 0.4, 0.0, 0.400, 2.5, 0.595, 0.0, 0.0, 7.0, 0.0, 0.0

to

point.0=1, -20.69, 0.0, -3.30, 1200, 0, 0.4, 0.0, 0.400, 2.5, 0.595, 0.0, 0.0, 7.0, 0.0, 0.0
